My own journey with reflexology began after becoming unwell with Covid-19. I was introduced to reflexology during my recovery and was struck by the deep sense of relaxation I experienced during the treatment. That evening, I slept soundly for the first time in a long while, and the experience sparked my curiosity to learn more.
I began studying reflexology with the British School of Yoga in Devon. The course gave me a solid introduction to the principles and practice of reflexology and confirmed that this was something I wanted to explore more deeply.
I am now working towards my Level 3 VTCT Diploma in Reflexology. As part of my training, I am required to complete 100 case-study treatments, giving me valuable practical experience working with a range of clients.
I created this website to give prospective case-study clients a little more information about me, reflexology and what to expect from a session. My aim is to offer a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable and able to relax.
I aim to approach each session with gentleness, empathy and an awareness of trauma-informed practice.Â
I am insured with Professional Reflexology to practise reflexology.
